Night at the Museum III: Art, Design, Contemporary Craftmanship, Biophilia, Well being

For the third consecutive year, Valencia’s Fine Arts Museum offered its non-exhibition spaces for an ephemeral project that merges classical art with contemporary design trends. In collaboration with LZF Lamps, Gandía Blasco, and Greenarea, this year’s edition, held on October 1st, explored biophilic design—a movement that integrates natural elements into architecture and interior design to enhance people’s wellbeing.

Part of the Valencia Design Fest, the event invited guests to embark on a sensory journey where vegetation not only adorned the cloister but invaded the museum’s interiors, transforming the space into lush, organic environments. Through a series of small installations, scenes were created that blurred the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. Handcrafted furniture by Gandía Blasco and LZF’s organic lamps, made with their signature wood veneer, provided a distinctive artistic touch.

The installation also featured Greenarea‘s preserved, maintenance-free vegetation, adding a sustainable and refreshing element to the experience. Night at the Museum III continues to serve as a prime example of how art, design, and nature can coexist harmoniously, captivating attendees with its fusion of past and present.
