Coinciding with the release of the latest James Bond film, Spectre, LZF’s had a collection of sales reps from the USA blindfolded and flown over to LZF headquarters, in the deepest darkest parts of Valencian foothills for a secret mission. We can’t tell you everything about their visit due to national security issues, but we can say that our Super Agents were handed over to “M” for a thorough debriefing, before “Q” showed them our top secret gadgets and gizmos as well as the latest additions to the LZF lamp range.
To begin the night, our Super Agents were loaded into LZF’s executive fleet of Aston Martins for a quick spin around Valencia before arriving at the lavishly prepared LZF Casino Royal. Complete with gaming, intimate dining room and Garden Bar & Lounge, the LZF casino had been constructed in secret and was thoroughly bedecked in signature LZF handmade wood veneer lamps.
This would be the kind of elegant, swellegant affair that 007 himself would be proud to attend. Indeed, Daniel Craig was unable to make it, but co-founders Marivi Calvo and Sandro Tothill looked almost as dashing in their haute couture dress and Nehru Suit.
The Garden Bar & Lounge was in fine form for the opening celebration, serving out chilled cranberry martinis, shaken, not stirred. These kept the agents in high spirits until they were ushered into the dinning area, where they were met by a scene of Escape lamps chandeliers and delicious food served by our finest Spanish Paella chefs.
As well as listening to some very cool tunes, our American Agents had the opportunity to break the bank at Monte Carlo (no counting cards please) and blow their cover on the roulette wheel.
Word was that Spectre tried to infiltrate the event though the forces of light will always defeat the forces of darkness, especially when those lights are made by LZF Lamps.
