The Mercat Central de Valencia has always been known for the quality, variety and freshness of its products. Now it will also be known for its magical aesthetics,  Enrique Roig from Roig Escaparatismo created a special December installation for the market’s legendary Jamones El Maño gourmet charcuterie.

Utilising a series of Escape lamps (designed by the mighty Ray Power), He transformed the masterful merchant of meats into a luminous yuletide spectacle that delighted customers, tourists and the 400 small traders who sell their faire.
